Own the conversation

One article starts it. A cadence owns it.

Brands that publish monthly or quarterly build a body of work on one topic, all linked from the same company profile. Yardi Kube published six articles in 2026 on coworking operations and member retention.

Can the article be about our company?

Yes. Brand Voice is the one format where the article can cover your brand: your positioning, your announcements, your framing. It cannot carry commercial calls to action, buttons or offers.

How is this different from Expert Voice?

Brand Voice is published under your company’s byline and can be about your company. Expert Voice is published under a person’s name and covers the industry.

The final article of up to 1,200 words, your logo and company boilerplate, up to 3 images with rights, the links you want included, and one point of contact.

Can we republish an article we have already published?

Yes. Syndication is included. We publish it with a canonical tag pointing to your original, and the article needs to be adapted by at least 20%.

Will you edit the article?

Our editors review and format it for publication.

Can you decline an article?

Yes. We review every article before publication. If we decline, the fee is refunded.

How many links can we include?

Up to 2 links in the article, plus your links in the company author box.

Who provides the images?

You do. Up to 3 images, and you need the rights to use them.

Where is the article promoted?

A guaranteed Daily Brief placement, plus other newsletters when the article fits their audience, social posts and a paid social boost.

Can we publish more than one article?

Yes. Brands publish regularly under their company profile. Ask us about a recurring program in your strategy session.

How long does the article stay live?
